More than delivery: Wolt’s recipe for delight
The Request
Wolt asked us to boost preference in Greece by repositioning food delivery as more than a transaction.
The challenge was to showcase delivery as an experience - a moment of joy - and bring this message to life across multiple cities and touchpoints.

Strengthen Wolt’s positioning as the premium, user-first delivery platform in Greece - the go-to choice for those who want more than the ordinary.

For many Greek users, food delivery had become mundane and transactional.
Wolt needed to stand out by highlighting what set it apart: great design, fast delivery, transparency, and top-notch service.
The task was to build emotional preference in a crowded, highly competitive market.

Our Solution
We launched a 360° campaign anchored in one powerful idea:
“If you want something better than ordinary, you use Wolt.”
To make it culturally resonant, we tapped into the popular Greek phrase “Δεν θυμάμαι ούτε τι έφαγα χτες” (“I don’t even remember what I ate yesterday”) to reframe food as memory, connection, and joy.
The campaign unfolded across channels with:
- Culturally relevant activations in OOH, digital, PR, and sampling across key cities
- Tailored creative per region, making Wolt feel personal, local, and premium
- Storytelling-first content, celebrating how Wolt elevates everyday moments into experiences worth remembering
- A TV and digital collaboration with beloved rising creator Nikos Giannoulidis, whose authentic humor and relatable storytelling brought Wolt’s message even closer to Greek audiences
