The Request
How can a 5-star resort launch on one of the world’s most native, fast-moving media platforms?
That was the challenge Ikos Resorts set out to solve: building a TikTok presence that could grow brand awareness, attract followers, and spark engagement - while speaking to both high-income travelers and young professionals considering careers in hospitality.

Establish Ikos Resorts on TikTok as both a world-class luxury destination and a top hospitality employer - driving awareness, engagement, and community through an entirely organic content strategy.

We needed to engage two very different audiences - luxury travelers and young jobseekers - through a single TikTok strategy.
That meant balancing premium storytelling with authenticity, staying native to TikTok’s culture, and working within strict geolocation limits, all without the support of paid media.

With fast, flexible production and an eye on emerging trends, Ikos built a TikTok presence that felt modern, engaging, and true to its brand.

The Results
Despite no paid media, Ikos overcame geolocation barriers and reached audiences well beyond Greece.
In just 16 months, the TikTok account achieved:
